Let’s find out how to change a light bulb.

  1. Replace the bulb. Insert a replacement bulb lightly but firmly into the socket.
  2. Once the bulb is in, turn the power back on again and switch on the light.

So, what can we do about this? Is there a solution?

  1. First of all, think of the word you want to start with, have a word in mind and hit that word at the beginning of the sentence.
  2. Complete your sentence then.
  3. Bring your lips together and closer so you cannot speak.
  4. Think now of the next word that you want to speak an again hit that word.
