The Present Continuous, use this tense to show active progress.
We use am/is/are + verb-ing.
- Intent: To highlight that something is “in flight” or temporary.

- We are hiring new engineers this month. (Estamos contratando novos engenheiros este mês.)
Now let’s have some Active Practice.
- Gap Fill: “Right now, my team _______ (develop) a new app.”
(Answer: is developing). - Sentence Creation: Mention one project you are working on only this week.
